through implementing membership strategies in assigned service

council's strategic plan, and other council goals through
cultivation and organization of communities to generate girl and
individual membership goals and promote the Girl Scouts of
Kentuckiana mission by hosting recruitment events in designated
areas: including in-person meetings, back to school and troop sign
up nights, presentations, networking opportunities, etc.

project the number of contacts to be made in order to meet
membership goals. Completes a variety of status reports, including
activity, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Maintains accurate
calendar of work scheduled.

increase awareness of and participation in Girl
relationships with appropriate community leaders, schools,
organizations, and businesses to support recruitment efforts within
targeted areas to positively impact membership growth.
with coordinating volunteer leadership's membership recruitment
campaigns through working with and supporting the Membership
Volunteer Promoters in each Service Unit.
Girl Scouting is open to all girls and adults by delivering the
Girl Scouts message of pluralism and diversity to members of the
leads by making cold contacts daily, through telephone, email, and
video calls, as well as follow up with warm leads. Follows up on
new leads and referrals resulting from field activity in a timely
interdepartmentally to ensure Council goals are met.
