Job Description:


Leads team on a daily basis. Understands the daily plan and helps team execute to that plan. This person communicates with buyers and MC's to resolve all receiving issues. Monitors the daily schedule to make sure all shipments are unloaded in a timely manner.


  • Lands every purchase order into our Landing Database.
  • Receives purchase orders into Oracle according to the packing list.
  • Communicates daily with MC/Buyers to resolve all receiving issues.
  • Responsible for daily Cubiscan upload.
  • Verifies receipts match both the Customer PO and the ShopHQ Expected Receipts Report.
  • Operates power equipment as necessary to perform job functions.
  • Ensures his/her work areas are maintained and cleaned daily.
  • Ensures he/she supports all company safety procedures and encourages all fellow associates to do the same.
  • Ensures that his/her assignments are completed in a consistent and high quality manner.
  • Understands that in our team environment he/she could on occasion be required to support other job functions on his/her shift.
  • Works in an efficient manner to help ensure that the team reaches productivity goals.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.


Three to six months related experience. Distribution experience preferred.

  • Data processing equipment.
  • PC equipment/software.
  • Other - forklift, lift truck, reach truck, handtruck.
  • In order to ensure service levels, it is essential that the individual in this role be able to work a regular and reliable schedule as provided by management.
  • Given the significant responsibilities of this role, it is essential that this role be filled on a full-time basis only.
  • It is essential that the duties of this role be performed on-site at ShopHQ's facility.
