Great work you'll do here:

The Senior Area Director of Patient Advocacy will develop and implement sales and marketing plans over multiple providers. This position will also provide leadership to other Patient Advocates in the market. It is important to use marketing plans to maintain and increase client/referral base and revenue. The Senior Area Director of Patient Advocacy will also develop relationships with community referral base to meet targeted financial objectives and annual budget.

  • Develop and implement market plan for multiple providers that is consistent with market analysis and reflects current potential referral sources Initiates and facilitates contracts with payer sources Responsible for census development for multiple providers through the implementation of external and internal marketing programs with both existing and new referral sources Work with the Administrators/Executive Directors to develop annual sales/marketing plan that will assist in increasing the patient census and meeting monthly admission expectations. Work closely with the Chief Patient Advocacy Officer, Regional Director of Patient Advocacy and Operations Conduct ride alongs with Patient Advocates and provide coaching and feedback Identify and recommend development of new product/service/niche offerings and current product/service enhancements Maintain up-to-date information, as needed, on specifically assigned competitors including pricing, census, product information, and marketing strategies Participates in the sourcing, screening and hiring of competent Patient Advocates for the local Agency/Provider Provides ongoing mentoring, education and support to Patient Advocates to assure marketing plans are implemented and performance expectations are achieved As a member of the Regional Leadership Team assures success and coordination within Operations and Sales Completes other assignments and duties as requested and assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Company

  • Strong ability to be the public face of the organization, and serve as an advocate for Home Healthcare, Home Hospice and other service lines Creative thinker who embraces thought leadership Capable of making challenging decisions and willing to take responsibility for them. A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or a proven experience record in marketing and sales Minimum of two (2) years' experience in sales and/or health care marketing, preferably in Home Care. Supervisory experience preferred, preferably in the area of sales management Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
