Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and troubleshoot connectivityResponsible to use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery Ability to drive to customer sites within assigned territory, track inventory supply and keep customers informed on scheduling.Develop professional customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfactionDemonstrate progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and productivityLog service visits and document updates to the Konica Minolta system for each client account.Collaborate with the Account Management team to help resolve customer issues. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
  • A+, N+ and/or Konica Minolta internal certification preferred.
  • Teamwork; must work well with sales and customer to customize or integrate color system into customer environment
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, teach and train co-workers
  • Must have solid understanding of networking and the many types of graphic software being used in the marketplace.
  • Must be capable of conveying technical data as it relates to 3rd party solutions or color printing applications in easy to understand terms for customers and sales personnel.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Photoshop, Quark, Publisher.
