Discover the difference at Wright Implement, where benefits and competitive pay are top priorities for this family-owned business-become part of our family today!Responsibilities:Knowledgeable of both 2 cycle and 4 cycle small engine diagnosis and repair along with small Diesel Engines.Able to perform diagnosis and repair of Lawn & Garden Equipment, such as Lawn Mowers, Utility Vehicles, and Compact TractorsMaintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipmentMaintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive productsComplete training as required for the development of knowledge and skillsAbility to learn and use the computer systems for Parts Lookup and Diagnosis of machines Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignmentsAccount for time and materials used in performing assigned dutiesOther tasks as assigned by supervisorKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other:Dependability and Efficiency is key as we have customers who need their machines back in a timely mannerAbility to perform basic repairs and required maintenance of Lawn & Garden equipmentAbility to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposesProficient oral and written communication skillsAbility to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly Requirements:2+ years of experience performing service repairs preferredWilling to work overtime and Saturdays when necessaryWilling to perform work in the field when necessaryHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociates degree preferredWright Implement is an equal-opportunity employer.
