Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

- Job Details
- 16 week option!
- Unit: ICU Neuro
- Job details: Can float to stepdown 1:4 ratio BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - CRRT highly preferred
- Assessment tools: Stroke signs/symptoms competency (ex. BE-FAST)
- NIHSS Certified (current certificate on file, obtained within 2 years of start date)
- Bedside Dysphagia screening competency (on file)
- Minimum 1-year experience working in a certified stroke center critical care unit**preferred
- Familiar with current Stroke guidelines and performance measures for Acute Ischemic and Hemorrhagic strokes
- IV-tPA administration and post-tPA monitoring competency
- Charting: Meditech experience preferred, not required.
- 65 mile radius restriction
  - Job Requirements
  - At least 9 months of travel experience
  - State licensure: KY/Compact in hand
  - RTO accepted or not: Must be included in submittal
