Job Description:
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Shuttle Driver is to provide guests with
an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are
greeted and transported to and from requested destinations.
Work Performed:
The Shuttle Driver will be tasked with the following duties,
responsibilities, and assignments:
- Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations
including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants,
theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.;
- Assist guests with luggage;
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and
efficient manner;
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests ;
- R esolve guest concerns (escalate as appropriate ) ;
- Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles,
front drive, and lobby;
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures,
including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions
to management; and
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary
purpose of the position.
