Provide 1st level technical support for application software,
computer hardware, network equipment, and other systems throughout
the Enterprise. -Configure and deploy computer workstations,
laptops, phones, printers, and mobile devices. -Research and follow
best practices in technology, standards, and documented procedures.

- Know and understand Bowling Green Metalforming Quality and
Environmental policies.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Conduct all activities in a professional manner and positive

- Solve day-to-day problems with Windows client operating
systems, Microsoft Office, software packages, IP telephones,
printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot connectivity for wired and wireless
connections.
- Maintain Windows client OS software patches and security
updates.
- Install, upgrade, and/or repair computer hardware and
software.
- Maintain up-to-date inventories for hardware and software.
- Provide on-site and remote user support. (This job description

by their leader) - Key Qualifications/Requirements Education and/or
Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience required
- Microsoft, CompTIA, HDI certifications are a plus Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
preferred
- Operate standard office equipment preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a technical field
