Develop and manage the production area and progress plans through the management of daily performance and empowerment to meet objectives.
Oversee and Deploy the plans of the shop to achieve objectives in your departments to meet quality, Delivery and Cost budget activities.
Coach and Mentor your Direct Reports and their teams to achieve the best results.
Indirectly oversee and coach the Quality and Maintenance teams in your shop.
Oversee the shop and continuously offer help and be a problem solver to develop your team to find root-causes and process improvementRequirements/Skills:
Bachelors Degree Required
8+ years of Production Manufacturing Experience
3+ Years of Production Management Experience
Must Have Experience With Overseeing a Budget
Experience with Extrusions of Materials is Highly Preferred
TPM/Lean Experience PreferredUI934036
