Before becoming an agent, I worked in medical sales and later spent a few years as a claims adjuster, which ultimately led me into agency life. I hold a Business Management degree and my CHFC designation. Fitness is a big part of my life I enjoy working out, spending time with my wife, kids, and grandkids, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
