Hematology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 3-5 shifts per week, every other week - 8 hour days
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: General hematology cases -
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days -
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and Basic life support (BLS)
• Active Kentucky license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required #DOX Facility Location
