evaluate patient care for neurologically impaired and postoperative
spine surgery patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
facilitate comprehensive patient care. Manage patient care in a
high-stress environment, prioritizing tasks and interventions
accordingly. Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, treatments, and recovery expectations. Ensure the proper
administration of medications and monitor outcomes. Strong clinical
skills with a focus on neurological and spinal care Proficiency in
using medical software for patient care management Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm and
effective in high-pressure situations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) licensed to practice CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification Certification in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN)
