Job Description:
Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks The
purpose of this position is to generate interest in employment
opportunities at PRMI via direct phone contact with prospective
candidates. Perform internet research to obtain candidate contact
information when necessary · Schedules appointments with
prospective candidates and Hiring Managers or Business Development
Managers · Maintains schedules and calendars for Business
Development Managers and Hiring Managers · Gathers information
needed for Prospective Candidates · Under the guidance of the
Business Development Supervisor, cultivate a small territory by
contacting prospective candidates in order to generate initial
interest, develop and close recruiting opportunities · Maintains
prospective candidate information in Salesforce Qualifications: ·
Demonstrated proficiency with cold-calling and telephone sales ·
Previous experience making appointments and maintaining schedules
and calendars for others · Attention to detail and ability to
maintain files · Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel,
Word, Outlook, etc.) · Ability to communicate adequately via email,
verbally, telephone, letter writing, etc. · Ability to maintain a
work schedule that may require working extended hours Preferences:
· Mortgage industry experience preferred Company Conformance

Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively,
utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively
perform in an office setting. Employment with PRMI requires
compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair
lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability
to work extended hours may be required. Nothing in this job
